This 1986 LX Mustang has a new Coyote 5.0L crate motor swap thanks to High Flow Performance. In September the project was started along with a blog detailing the progress. The transmission is a T-56 from a 2003-04 Cobra Mustang. The Coyote engine shares the same outer specs as the 4.6L/5.4L modular engines. So your 1996-2004 motor mounts will fit perfectly.
