This 1971 FORD F-250 was built by Tanner Irby and Old Iron Diesel in Idaho before being acquired by Hodson Motors for a giveaway. The truck is powered by a compound-turbo 5.9 L Cummins 12v inline-six. The motor features stock pistons and rods, fire-ring head, 60-lb valve springs, BorgWarner S363 turbocharger, and BorgWarner S475 turbocharger. Diesel is fed by a FASS system and lift pump, 12 mm P7100 injection pump, and Dynomite Diesel Stage 3 injectors and fuel plate. The drivetrain uses an Ultimate Transmission built NV4500 five-speed manual transmission with a Valair Quiet Street twin-disc organic clutch, and 2008 Ford Super Duty axles with 3.55 ratios. The truck rides on a factory frame with Rancho adjustable shocks, adjustable track bar, and four-wheel disc brakes. A set of US Wheel steel 17-inch wheels wear Milestar Patagonia XT 35-inch tires.
