2015 BMW 328i Wagon with a twin-turbo S55 inline-six and M3 powertrain

This 2015 BMW 328i xDrive Sports Wagon (F31) came from the factory with a turbocharged 2.0 L N20B20 inline-four and AWD drivetrain. The previous owner converted the car to RWD using the powertrain and suspension from a BMW F80 M3 Competition. The project’s progress was documented in the Bimmerpost build thread. The wagon is now powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0 L S55B30T0 inline-six producing 444 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque. Behind that is the M3 six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. The BMW F80 M3 Competition’s subframes, suspension, and brakes were swapped to the wagon. On the outside they included bumpers, fenders, and side skirts from the BMW F80 M3 Competition. Everything was covered in Carmine Red paint with Shadowline trim and M3 badging. They completed the M3 look with a set of BMW 666M 20-inch wheels wearing Michelin tires (265/30, 295/30). The interior also received parts from the BMW F80 M3 Competition such as the heated leather front and rear seats, leather-wrapped dashboard, gauge cluster, and steering wheel. The wagon sold for $96,000 on Bring a Trailer.
