Kinninger Racing built this 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera with a 3.6 L flat-six from a 1991 Porsche 964. The motor uses 964 pistons and cylinders, 993 Super Sport profile camshafts, Aasse spring and retainers, ported heads, and B&B exhaust headers. In front of that is a Centerforce clutch and 915 five-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. The suspension is upgraded with Bilstein RSR shocks, Elephant Racing torsion bars, AJ Racing sway bars, and Turbo tie rods. Keeping the speed under control are Brembo four-piston brakes hiding behind Fuchs-style 17-inch wheels wearing Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 tires (255/40, 275/40). Kinninger Racing backdated the appearance to a 1973 RSR appearance using steel fender flares, longhood conversion, and RS-style fiberglass bumpers. Everything is covered in timeless Porsche Silver Metallic (936) paint. View more information and photos of the car at Bring a Trailer.
