American Legends Hotrods wondered what if Porsche built a GT3 RS in 1963. They are answering that question with their 1963 Porsche 356 Outlaw project called “GT356”. The foundation for the car is a custom Roadster Shop chassis. It features their Fast Track independent front suspension and a custom rear cantilever independent rear suspension. Power will be generated by an air-cooled 2.7 L 911 S flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Over that is a highly modified body with a custom one-piece floor and rocker panels. The fenders are being widened with the rear being increased five inches to cover 10-inch wide rear tires. You can follow the progress on @alhotrods.
