Twin-Turbo Godzilla V8 Makes 1700+ hp

Willis Performance Enterprises recently dyno tested a twin-turbo 7.3 L Godzilla V8 build capable of 1700+ hp (1250+ kW) and 1300+ lb-ft (1762+ Nm) on E85 fuel and 21 psi of boost from two BorgWarner 68 mm turbochargers. The build recipe started with a factory Ford block, crankshaft, camshaft drive, rocker arms, and oil pump. It is also uses factory cylinders heads modified with CNC porting. Willis Performance Enterprises upgraded the motor with forged pistons (10.1:1 compression), forged rods, Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) Trinity intake, BTR U 231 camshaft, Johnson ST lifters, Manton 3/8 pushrods, and Indy Power Products Eliminator oil pan. The ported heads use 2.22-inch diameter Titanium intake valves, 1.70-inch diameter stainless steel exhaust valves, 10K Technologies valves springs.
