Hagerty is auctioning a unique 1971 Chevrolet El Camino. The A-body vehicle was built by XAT Racing with a 3.0 L 2JZ-GTE VVTi inline-six. The motor features a SupraStore King’s Royal Chamber intake manifold, Precision 6766 turbocharger, custom intercooler, and ID1000 fuel injectors. It runs on an AEM Infinity 6 ECU using a Tweak’d Performance wiring harness. A billet adapter allows the 2JZ to bolt to a CD009 six-speed manual transmission. The rest of the drivetrain uses a one-piece driveshaft and Currie 9-inch rear end with a limited-slip differential. The El Camino chassis uses XAT Racing bracing along with QA1 traction bars and Wilwood six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes.
