Nathan Krig created the ultimate fifth-generation Toyota 4Runner at his company 8Runner Offroad & Overland Outfitters in Tigard, Oregon. The engine is a Toyota 2JZ-GTE inline-six built by RAD Industries boosted by a Garrett G35-1050 turbocharger and Fuelab fuel system. Nathan paired the 2JZ with a Samsonas five-speed sequential transmission and East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS) 9.5-inch locked rear axle. When it came to the suspension Nathan went with Wicked Creations +5-inch long travel front control arms, Fox IBP coilovers a custom Wicked Creations 4-link rear suspension. The body features a C4 Fabrication Low Pro F bumper and ADV Fiberglass widebody fenders over Stealth Custom Series Gen5 17×8-inch (-38 offset) wheels wearing Nitto Trail Grappler 35-inch tires.
