Trackspec Autosports attended a Golden Gate Lotus Club (GGLC) track day at Sonoma Raceway with their 2008 Lotus Exige. What makes the Exige special is a 2.4 L Honda K24A inline-four producing 235 hp (172 kW) to the wheels. The engine uses aftermarket camshafts, ported head, Supertech valvetrain, Hytech exhaust header, and Emtron KV8 ECU. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a JDM DC2 Honda Integra Type R manual transmission. The suspension uses JRZ RS Pro3 shocks, spherical bearings, and upgraded control arms. Braking is handled by AP Radical Pro 5000 calipers in front and Elise OEM front calipers in back. On each corner are Konig Hypergram wheels (15×8.5, 17×9) wearing Yokohama A055 tires.
