One of our readers suggested a Q&A with Restomod Performance and we thought it was a great idea. Restomod Performance is located in Victoria, Australia where they spend their time upgrading the performance on classic cars. Although they work on Holdens, Chevys, and Chryslers their main focus is working on Fords.
For more information on Restomod Performance and see their work please visit their Facebook page or website. You can also see the article we wrote about the 1969 Mustang with a Coyote V8 they built.
If you are interested in submitting a question there are multiple ways (listed below) to do so. Please use whatever method is easiest for you. After about a week, we will combine all the questions and send them to Restomod Performance. This will allow them to answer the questions in a manner that best works with their schedule. First let me say this is IMO the perfect restomod, Replacing the original with the same CID is the essence of making a great driver out of a good/OK driver. I want to ask what transmission was used, rear end gear ratio and brake upgrades. Thanks for doing the “upgrade” and keep up the great work.
