The Volkswagen Type 147 or more commonly called a Fridolin, was built for commercial work use in Germany’s Post Office. They came from the factory with a 1.2 L or 1.3 L flat-four. However this modified van comes from Tilburg, Netherlands with a 6.0 L W12 engine and six-speed manual transmission. The build thread was started in 2005 and has 111 pages (at time of writing). The builder posts frequently in the build thread since the beginning showing how much work it takes to create such a unique vehicle.
Update 5-12-2015: Speedhunters photographed it at Bilsport Motor Show 2015
