Brandon Furches is transforming his 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Intimidator Edition into a FWD monster at his company Furches Performance in Ludlow, Massachusetts. He’s accomplished this by replacing the factory supercharged 3.8 L L67 3800 V6 and 4T65E-HD four-speed automatic transmission with a turbocharged LS4 V8 and 4T80E automatic transmission. The new engine makes 666 horsepower to the front wheels with a Bullseye 72/80 turbocharger. This isn’t Brandon’s first turbo LS4 FWD creation. You might remember his 2005 Monte Carlo SS we previously shared that was also powered by a turbo LS4. This time around Brandon is applying the lessons learned from the previous project to create the ultimate sixth-gen Monte Carlo.

I love the build man I have a monti Carlo ss 2003 grey bottom skirt. And it’s clean mint condition I’m a young owner of the car so it turns heads when I get out of it. But I have so many ideas of making my ss into a demon! I love racing , I love to go fast I love to drive my ss it’s another type of love I’ve been upgrading it by adding a new alternator, flo masters, and a tune up as well well I need to get out 2 more plugs and I’ll be complete there’s a lot I want to do to it now I’m restricted on money but I have money if there’s any suggestions please throw them at me I’m willing to pay for upgrades if they are affordable. I live in a small town on the out side of Chicago called Waukegan.
