Mad Mike is getting ready to add another wild vehicle to his stable. The project starts with a third-generation (NC) Mazda MX-5 powered by a twin-turbo four-rotor 26B engine. Mike calls it RADBUL. The beast of a rotary engine was built by Pulse Performance Race Engineering. With the help of two custom Garrett GTX40s, 100 octane race fuel and Mobil two-stroke oil, the engine produces 1,032 horsepower on the lowest boost setting. To put this vehicle in perspective, just listen to Mike’s own words “the fastest thing with four wheels that I have ever driven.”

I wonder why the 100 octane? I recall MAzda wishing they could get lower octanes racing fual when they we running them in IMSA GTU form, The lower octane allowed for more fuel to burn inside the engine instead of in the muffler.
I wanna know if he plans to put a body on it, I hope not, looks badass as is.
I would guess he would have to. For at the very least sponsorship. It does look great as is.
