1972 Datsun 240Z with a Turbo KA24 inline-four

BlackTrax has done its fair share of swaps and this 240Z is a great example. The original inline-six was yanked out and was replaced by a 2.4 L KA24DE inline-four from a 1991 240SX. The engine was turbocharged using a Garrett GT2871R turbo pushing 14 psi of boost. On 91 octane the engine generates 339 hp and 342 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is the stock five speed with an upgraded clutch, flywheel, driveshaft, and LSD differential installed. There are plenty of other upgrades on this great 240Z.

  2. When it says “the transmission is the stock 5 speed” does it mean 240z stock 5 speed or 91 240sx stock 5 speed?
