Søren Heyer and his Smart Fortwo built at FUBAR Racing recently visited the dyno at KK Autoteknik. While there they put the swapped turbocharged Toyota 4A-GE inline-four and Toyota MR2 manual transmission through its paces. The result was 307 horsepower at 5,698 rpm and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque at 5,314 rpm. Watch the the car on the dyno and make smoke below. Engine:
Toyota 1.6 4A-GZE, 2867 rsx turbo, King head bearings, ACL bearings, new piston rings, 1 mm Cometic steel top gasket, ARP bolts, HKS adjustable cam wheels

Gearbox:
Toyota AW11 4A-GZE with LSD, F.U.B.A.R. Racing axles, Helix 2 plate clutch

Engine control:
ECU Master EMU Black ECU, Master ADU Display unit

Fuel system:
Walbro 455 pump, 840 cc injectors, Aeromotive regulator, AN teflon hoses prepared for E75 with flex fuel sensor, F.U.B.A.R Racing tank and fuel lines

Cooling system:
Nissens Kølefabrik rebuilt DAF 45 truck cooler, Davies Craig EWP115 pump

Water to air cooling:
Nissens Kølefabrik rebuilt Rover 420 cooler, KL Racing W2A intercooler, Davies Craig EBP40 pump

Exhaust:
F.U.B.A.R. Racing exhaust manifold in stainless steel, Tial 50 mm blow off, Tial wastegate

Intake:
F.U.B.A.R. Racing aluminum intake manifold with 42 mm funnel and 70 mm electronic gas dump

Chassis:
front: smart OEM damper with 20 mm lowering springs
rear: GAZ height and hardness adjustable coilovers

Brakes:
Smart OEM, handbrake on front axle
