1972 Plymouth Barracuda with a Viper V10

This project started with a 1972 Plymouth Barracuda which had a body-off restoration performed by Kevin Douglas. The owner then found a wrecked 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 which had the engine, transmission and ECU/harness pulled. The engine is an stock 8.3 L Gen 3 Viper V10 which produces 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque connected to the factory 48RE four-speed automatic transmission. Little modification had to be preformed to the engine bay to fit the engine but the transmission tunnel had to be significantly widened to fit the modern transmission. The Barracuda also runs a K-member front suspension and a four-link rear suspension with an air lift system.
