1968 Camaro with a Supercharged LSA V8 Screams on the Dyno

1968 Camaro with a supercharged LSA V8

V8 Speed & Resto celebrated the completion of their work on a 1968 Camaro with a dyno tune and test drive. Under the hood the company swapped a supercharged LSA V8 paired to a Tremec 6060 six-speed manual transmission, and Currie 9-inch rear end. The combo made 521 hp at (5605 rpm) and 544 lb-ft of torque (4821 rpm) to the wheels on the dyno. It also produced a glorious sound thanks to V8 Speed & Resto’s custom 2.5-inch exhaust with Corsa mufflers. Listen as Kevin Oeste explains the Camaro before putting it on the dyno and test driving in the video below. Or view full specs and photos in the build album.
