Dmitrij Sribnyj built his Mazda MX-5 (NC) for Gymkhana events at Formula G Championship. In our previous article the car was powered by a naturally aspirated 2.5 L Duratec (L5-VE) inline-four making around 167 hp and 167 lb-ft of torque. Since then Dmitrij boosted the motor’s output with a Rotrex supercharger. No word on power levels but it is currently running on low boost. Another upgrade made by Dmitrij is a set of PB Brakes six-piston calipers with drilled/slotted 304×22 mm rotors in front. The mods helped Dmitrij set the fastest qualifying and overall time along with battles wins during the first and second rounds.
