Manhart skipped upgrading the 3.2 L S54 inline-six that originally came in this BMW E46 M3 CSL. Instead they swapped a 5.0 L S85 V10 from a BMW E60 M5. Manhart increased the motor’s output to 560 hp (411 kW) and 550 Nm (405 lb-ft) of torque. The V10’s sound is accentuated by custom stainless steel headers and a titanium exhaust. Behind the motor is a SMG-III seven-speed transmission from a BMW E60 M5 with a software upgrade for faster shifting. They improved the car’s handling with Bilstein adjustable coilovers and six-piston calipers and 380×32 mm rotors in front. The rear brakes remain stock. On the outside Manhart installed their carbon fiber hood, front bumper, trunk lid and their Concave One Ultra Light wheels (20×9, 20×10).
