It is always fun to read people’s comments on a swap such as this. BMW purists will absolutely hate this swap. The owner of this 1987 BMW 325IS decided to swap a Nissan RB26DETT inline-six that makes 495 horsepower and 399 lb-ft of torque to the wheels. The drivetrain features a modified RB26DETT transmission with a EXEDY 3 puck clutch and an E30 M3 LSD with 4.11 gears.

This car actually made 500 hp at the wheels on a Mustang dyno. I know the tuner who worked on it.
