Brian Wilkerson took a BMW E36 M3 built at his company MA-Motorsports to a frozen lake for some winter drifting. The car called “MA36RS” was built for rally and drifting. Brian swapped the factory BMW engine for a turbocharged 2.3 L EcoBoost inline-four using a JEM Sport swap kit. The EcoBoost motor features JEM Sport mounts, Ford Ranger oil pan, BMW power steering pump with JEM Sport bracket, Radium PCV baffle plate, and custom dual-pass PWR radiator. The JEM Sport’s flywheel and adapter plate allows for a BMW manual transmission. Watch Brian installed a Link Voodoo Pro ECU, Panic Made wiring harness, Comp turbocharger, and then drift on ice.
