Zurawski Motorsport makes and sells a swap kit to install a VW/Audi 1.8T, VR5, VR6, or 1.9TDI motor into a third generation Toyota MR2. The company used their swap kit to install a turbocharged 2.3 L VR5 and DSG transmission into their blue MR2. Zurawski Motorsport then sent the MR2 to Badger 5 Shop’s dyno for a tune. There the VR5 with factory internals made 491 hp (366 kW) and 428 lb-ft (580 Nm) of torque on pump fuel.
