Custom Volvo V70 with a 1300 hp 2JZ-GTE

Volvo V70 wagon with a 2JZ-GTE inline-six

Tobbe Johansson from Twiking Design started building his amazing Volvo V70 in 2015. The wagon has come a long way and is now powered by a turbocharged Toyota 2JZ-GTE inline-six. The motor produces 1300 hp (956 kW) to the wheels thanks to forged internals, Precision Gen 2 turbocharger, and Maxx ECU. Backing the motor is a BMW ZF manual transmission and BMW E60 M5 rear differential. The wagon rides on a custom tubular chassis with BMW E60 M5 subframes and suspension, D2 adjustable coilovers, and E60 brakes. View the project’s complete build process on Twiking Design FB page.
