Velocity Restorations unveiled their 1991 Mustang project at the 2025 SEMA Show. The powertrain starts with a fourth-generation 5.0 L Coyote V8 topped by a 3.0 L Whipple supercharger. The combo is good for 800 hp (588 kW). Behind the motor is a 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission, carbon fiber driveshaft, and Ford 9-inch rear end. The Mustang sits on a Roadster Shop chassis with Baer six-piston brakes behind CCW SA50 billet 18-inch wheels. Velocity Restorations modified the interior with Recaro Expert M heated seats besides custom door panels and center console. They also added a Sparc Industries steering wheel, Dakota Digital gauges, and Alcantara headliner.
