Daniel Schien and his “E30 Elvis” attended Doorslammers event at Santa Pod Raceway. Daniel’s BMW E30 (325i) is now powered by a turbocharged M50B25 inline-six. When we last shared the car in 2023, the motor was producing 1100+ hp (809+ kW) and 973 Nm (717 lb-ft) of torque on 2.2 bar (31.9 psi) of boost. Behind that is a GearMotive H-pattern ZF dogbox and upgraded rear end. Daniel set a new personal best at Doorslammers with a 8.162 sec at 172 mph (276 km/h).
