We discovered this 1981 Jeep Scrambler (CJ-8) at Blacksmith Garage in Eden, Utah. The pickup is powered by a 383 ci (6.2L) Chevy V8 making 511 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. It is backed by a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and dual-range Dana 300 transfer case. Power is split between a Dana 30 front axle and AMC 20 rear axle. The Scrambler rides on Fox shocks, leaf-springs with Boomerang shackles, and disc brakes front and rear. Those are covered by a Method 305 17-inch wheels with Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 35×12.5-inch tires. The body features Rugged Ridge front bumper with Warn Zeon 10 winch, LED headlights, Bright side steps, Rugged Ridge rear bumper, and Rough Country spare wheel carrier.
