Subaru BRZ with an EZ30 Flat-Six

In 2020 EDM Sport set out to increase the power and displacement in Subaru BRZ track car. Out came the factory 2.0 L FA20 flat-four in went a 3.6 L Subaru EZ36 flat-six paired with the factory six-speed manual transmission. Unfortunately that motor broke and they swapped to a 3.0 L EZ30 flat-six. In that configuration it complete laps at several track including Silverstone, Donington, and Abingdon. Recently EDM Sport swapped back to a 3.6 L EZ36 flat-six. Watch the car test the new engine on a rainy day at Abingdon airfield in the video below.
