Henry Kessler’s 1931 Ford Rat Rod

  • Ford

Everything on this 1932 Ford is wild. The engine is a huge straight-six from a 1952 Diamond Reo truck and has over 1,000,000 miles on it. It produces 275 horsepower but a healthy 1,640 lb-ft of torque. The frame rails are made out of city light poles and the airbag suspension is from a city bus. The gas tank is located behind the “firewall” and is under the dash. No matter what you think of this, you have to appreciate Henry’s enthusiasm for the project. He seems to really enjoy driving it and allowing others to enjoy it as well.
