The last time we shared Massimo Checchin‘s 1997 Subaru Impreza GC8, he was testing the recently transplanted 3.0 L 2JZ-GTE turbocharged inline-six but some ECU/electrical issues ended the day early. It seems the problems were resolved as Massimo put the engine’s 700 horsepower on full display in the King of Italy Drift SuperCup final round at Modena Circuit.
