VW Golf with a Twin-Turbo Lamborghini V10

VW Golf Mk4 R32 with twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo V10

Asgard Performance e.K in Northern Germany has successfully installed a twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo V10 in the back of a Golf Mk4 R32. The 5.2L V10 produces 1,479 horsepower (1500 ps) and 1,298 ft-lb (1760 Nm) of torque with the car only weighing 1,984 lbs (900 kgs). To put that in perspective, this car has a greater power-to-weight ratio than the Koenigsegg One:1 (1,340 hp/1,340 kgs). Of course the Golf will have a much more difficult time getting the power to the road but I don’t really care because the crazy more than makes up for it.

Update: Someone pointed out this is not the Lamborghini V10 used in the Gallardo but the version used in the Audi S6/S8. There are several differences such as coil packs, intake, throttle body which are used on the Audi version.
