This 1965 Mustang was built by Roadster Shop and finished in the top five for 2015 Goodguy’s Street Machine of the Year. The car sits on a Roadster Shop full chassis and is powered by a Ford Racing 5.0 L Aluminator XS crate engine. This is an upgraded version of the Aluminator SC version and produces 500+ horsepower. The engine is connected to a six-speed T-56 transmission. With the custom metal work this is one clean and mean Mustang. You can view more photos of the build process and finished car in the build gallery.
ScottieDTV included some footage of the Mustang on the autocross course after he talks about it.

My company The Mustang Shop of San Diego was first company to install a 5.0 Coyote engine into a classic Mustang, a 1967 Convertible. Since then we have finished several others and are building many more currently. If you would like pictures to help promote my business please let me know. Thank you!
Thanks Peter. Sounds like a great project. I will contact you for more information.
